Q. Do you think I should buy or rent a carpet shampooer?
A. The brushes and soap can reduce the color in your carpet, fading it much quicker than normal wear.Carpet shampooers reduce the life of your carpet, wearing off the surface and cannot extract enough of the water they put into your carpet and padding. This can cause dangerous mold, and damage your sub-flooring. We only use professional truck-mounted steam extraction equipment with not brushes.
Q. Can carpet cleaning help me with allergies, hygiene and carpet safety? – A. It is critical that you protect your family or your customers from carpeting that attracts dust mites, fleas, allergens and pollen. From a safety standpoint it is important to have your carpet properly cleaned regularly.

Q. What can I do with my carpet if I have pets? I tried the bottle of stain remover, but it is not working.
A. Regular cleaning by a professional carpet cleaner will protect your carpet, and remove stains but you will need to keep up with it. Do not wait too long after staining to call for help. Be careful with over the counter stain removers, they contain bleach and can ruin your carpet. Also watch out for carpet shampooers, they can cause wrinkles and reduce the color in your carpeting. I use bleach free stain removers approved for commercial work. Regular cleaning removes odors and stains and lifts the pet hair and dander from your carpet. It can also be useful if you get fleas in your carpet.

Q. We had a flood when a pipe burst in our home, is our carpet ruined. I can't seem to get the water out?
